We suddenly lost Buy Box Eligibility with no notice. Metrics are well above all thresholds.

How can you tell you lost eligibility on all your items? Do you mean you lost the actual buy box?

This happened to us last year and it drove us crazy. The problem did get resolved but only after a few very tense weeks. The first thing I did was get in touch with Account Health. They explained that they had nothing to do with it and they didn't know why it happened. Then I spent time on the forum doing searches. That's where I discovered a thread addressing this particular problem. Apparently this is a glitch and happens randomly. Like you, I wrote to the forum hoping a moderator would help. It took a few weeks but all of a sudden we were eligible again. My advice to you if this has not yet been resolved is to use search words and find the two forum threads that were dedicated to this problem. You won't get a solution but at least you'll see that it has happened to countless other sellers and that moderators can help. Some people who contributed to the threads did not understand that the problem is not that you lost the buy box for all or most of your items, but that you lost Buy Box eligibility. But there are sellers who contributed who did understand the problem because they went through it. At least two said this has happened to them twice! Let us know if you get anywhere. Good luck! I'm sure it will get fixed but you may have a tough week or two before it does.

UPDATE: First escalation was declined - because not enough information was submitted by the Seller Support team (or at least that is what was told to us by a different Seller Support member a few minutes ago. Very frustrating.)
After opening the case, the first Support Member wrote this on our case log: "As it turns out, as everything on your account indicates zero factors that can affect the FBM listing's to lose it's Featured Offer. Our re-evaluation has lead to a ticket being raised."
Yet, the escalation was declined due to "not enough information being submitted."
Now, we have escalated the issue again on the same Case ID and hope and pray for a positive update. The Seller Support member was helpful and submitted several screen shots so let's hope it is enough.
It seems unreal that we lost Buy Box Eligibility on our ENTIRE catalogue of 20,000 ASINs with NO reason listed. Our Account Health metrics are in good shape. Our pricing has not changed at all.
We can't seem to get an Amazon Mod here to respond so instead we wait.
Had to put several employees on temporary leave today since we have no idea how long this will last. Brutal.

Slash prices and buy box will reappear if you are already low then this might not be best place for product sales.
