Amazon keep changing my product size which makes the selling price confusion
I'm a wall art and wall hanging seller.
From yesterday, I found that Amazon is keeping changing my product size for most of my ASINs and the the new size created will automatically replace my original size and selling price.
Such as: my product size is 17"x30" and the selling price is $109.9, and Amazon just automatically created a new size 59L" x 33W" to replace 17"x30" and the selling price is also $109.9 which is much lower that it should be, that's crazy. And they even created the size option that I couldn't sell.
This is not a very rare situation, but most of the ASINs in my store are like this.
I tried contact the help centre and they told me that the Product size editing rights is currently under Amazon Team so I can't edit the size from my seller backend.
I'm still waiting for the response (Case ID: 16824409241), but a buyer just ordered a product size that created by Amazon which I cannot offer to, and if I cancel this order it will effect my seller performance (Case ID: 16831080011).
I hope someone can quickly solve this problem because I really don't know what I should do to avoid customers placing orders with the wrong size and wrong price.
Please help me!!

Hi there @Seller_npySIcBLQiq7y,
I'm sorry you are having issues with the dimensions associated with your products. I've reviewed your case and it looks like some of the ASINs have been fixed. If you are still having issues I request that you create a new case with the full list of ASINs still impacted as well as the correct dimensions that should be associated with each ASIN. Then provide the Case ID here and I will review. Thank you for your understanding.

Hi Gleen,
Thanks for your reply, after making many revisions, I finally solved this problem. And I realized that the main reason for this problem is due to the Amazon system automatically standardizing the size writing of product categories.
And this is not only happened in my wall art category, I have seen that other sellers of curtains and tapestries have also experienced the problem of being automatically resized.
I think perhaps the next time Amazon tries to use AI or other intelligent tools to modify seller listings, sellers can be notify in advance so that we can quickly prepare and respond. Instead of aimlessly seeking help everywhere.
Thank you very much.

Hi @Seller_npySIcBLQiq7y @Glenn_Amazon We are in the rugs category and are experiencing similar issues with our listings. Could you please share how you resolved this? My product sizes are being converted, for example, from 20"x30" to 2'.6"x1'.8", which is not user-friendly.

Hi there @Seller_npySIcBLQiq7y and @Seller_kTSoqPtmrqFDC,
I can understand your frustration with standardization of sizes, at this time Amazon is looking to create a consistent experience for Buyers to ensure that the dimensions of a product type on the catalog is the same. At this time there is no option to opt out of this standardization but I will provide your feedback to the appropriate team. You can see more about size standardization/normalization in the Size normalization FAQ.
@Seller_kTSoqPtmrqFDC, at this time this conversion is part of the normalization and appears to be functioning as expected per the policy. I can provide your feedback and disagreement on this normalization but I can't guarantee it will result in any changes and I won't be able to provide updates. Thank you for your understanding.
