Child ASINS exiting Parent ASIN

Hello everyone,

I have been strugling with Seller Support to fix a proble.

I have a 3 child asins out of 12 that are unable to merge with the parent. Regardless of what I do, they exit the parent asin on the back end and also on the listing itself.

It is just Size variations for clothing so 9 out of 12 are ok but for some reason the remaining 3 just won't work.

I've tried flat files, and even doing it through editing on seller central. Has anyone ever had this problem ?

Something on those 3 child ASIN's is incompatible with the parent.

It will likely be a key attribute such as Brand, Browse Node, Manufacturer which doesn't match the parent listing.

You may find that deleting the 3 child variations waiting 24 hours and then adding them to the parent again resolves the issue,

Have a look at the case. I replied stating that I had tried to delete the child asins for 24 hours and as usual I got a copy/paste answer that doesn't take into consideration the information I had just given in the case.

To be more precise, seller support just replied asking me to delete child asins for 24 hours whereas I had just told them that I had done it and it did not work.

It is very frustrating for me to not be able to resolve this situtaion and the answers are never personalized. They are identically pasted time after time, case after case which is why i came to the forum to seek for help.

Is there anything you could try to do on your end? Your help would be much appreciated.

@Maja_Amazonthe problem is far worse than imagined;

On German(DE) marketplace I am totally stuck, my listings can not be listed and variations keep being blocked my amazon system despite everything being OK on other MPs

I really need help from Amazon Catalogue or Internal team to solve this issue which I have been battling with for months on end.

Seller Support does not help and just sends me automated copy/paste answers. I desperately need help to resolve my situation which has been going on for over a month with absolutely no solution so far;

@Maja_Amazonthe issue regarding my product is that the internal amazon system is unable to categorize the product I sell.

Because we sell menstrual underwear, it sometimes wants it to be listed as underpants, sometimes sanitary_napkins and sometimes intoninence pads.

I spoke to someone on the phone today in France from amazon who confirmed that the listings are somehow blocked due to this reason.

How can I get myself out of this terribly frustrating situation ?

Your help would be so welcomed at this point...
