How to unfreeze account funds after TRO

I received a TRO and chose to authorize Amazon to transfer funds to the account of the other side of the law firm, the other side issued a settlement agreement, the incident has been almost 4 months, my funds are still unable to operate the withdrawal, how to solve the problem?

The account can sell products normally, and the funds are all in the reserved position unable to be withdrawn.

You got caught selling counterfeit product and you got sued as a result.

There is no path back to normalcy.
