Below, I'm sharing an update regarding the SFP delivery dates for the Easter 2024.
Thank you for raising this issue. We experienced some delivery disruptions over the recent Easter bank holiday weekend due to a temporary configuration error in our systems. This led to some orders not accounting for the Easter holidays.
This issue has been resolved and the necessary adjustments have been made. Your delivery performance metrics have been adjusted to ensure this issue has not impacted them. Future bank holidays will not face this issue so you can proceed as usual.
We are aware of the ongoing issue with SFP weekend pickups, and we are working to resolve it. I will keep you updated in this thread.

Thank you for this. it is not really your job though to resolve, but appreciated someone at Amazon listens and understands the problem Amazon have caused.
When a Seller tells SS, they should have looked into this weeks ago, and told us they are aware of the issue and it will be resolved, not fob us all off, with generic replies as if we do not know what we are doing.

Hi Julia,
Just to give you an update, it is still showing incorrect.
This Wednesday morning (25/05/2024) it is showing delivery as Friday 27/05/2024 rather than Thursday (Next Day) 30/05/2024.
All metrics are 99%+, prime badge showing, settings correct, just amazon is displaying things wrong.

I must admit I'm still of the opinion something is not right. Whilst it might not be a seller by seller metrics issue I wonder if something else was changed in reference to Royal Mail as the shipping option? The change in sales figures over the time suggests there was a change somewhere that has been detrimental.

Hi Charlie & Julia,
Again it seems we have the same issue running over the weekend, and now we do not have the prime badge displaying, even though it says 'get it tomorrow'.
It seems that Royal Mails delivery accuracy might not be good enough for Amazon to give us the Prime badge, but why as us sellers are being punished i am not sure. We sell gardening related products, and have had a drop of 30% in sales as our deliveries arent displaying correctly over the weekend.
I am concerned that the uptake in SFP, due to FBA prices increasing, is reducing the appeal of FBA services. Subsequently, this may be a way to ensure FBA is still attractive, by reducing the effectiveness of SFP.
Julia seems to be on this though and investigating the issue, hopefully seeking a resolution ASAP.

Piggybacking, we have the same issue for the past 2 Sundays.
We also noticed that both our SFP Page views went to 0% which never happened before.
We need resolution or advise as we are paying extra staff to come and dispatched orders on the weekend.
Mind the lost on sales and missing buy box opportunities.

Having checked our SFP order for today, we can see 0 orders are due to be shipped by today.
There are at least 17 orders placed after 4pm on Friday, all with a ship by date on Monday, despite our collection date and shipping settings set for Sunday pick up and dispatch.
It seems that we're still facing the consequences of this issue and it is impacting our weekend sales.
Please can you assist?
