Customising the Request Review Template

Hello,

I recently bought a product from an Amazon seller and received a review request in a different template. (Not the standard review request usually get from Amazon).

Is there anyway to customise the template? Or is it a third party tool that was used by the seller?

Hello @Eseller2u1,

As per help page you can create your own template for Buyer Seller Messages, but i don’t think you can modify the body for automatic review request.
