Evri labels not working
I normally use royal mail for deliveries but I thought I would try evri instead. I paid for 4 labels and took them to the parcel shop but the man said the labels were not for drop off so I assumed I had pressed the collection by accident. I waited in all day today for somebody to collect any nobody came. I have been on evri website put in the tracking number and all it says is that they are waiting for the parcel and no way to contact them, so I went back to the parcel shop and same thing, he would not take them!. I don’t know what to do. If I buy a new label now with royal mail will I get a defect for late delivery?

There have already been several threads about this issue. Apparently the forum mods are collecting evidence - this is the main one I think, but there are others.
Maybe inform the mod too, as the more examples they collect, hopefully something will be done.
Cancel the labels on Evri, and buy from RM.

Thanks I just cancelled all the labels and bought royal mail, unfortunately I got 1 late delivery strike for it. I hate Amazon!

Hi wel I tried to post via Evri today 5th Sept, but code still not recognised, so will just use Royal Mail until Amazon sort it out. I did read about the supposed solution, but it won't work for me.
