I have been trying to reactivate my Seller Account, but keep running into the same issue. When I first log in and click Continue (to reactivate the account) it takes me to the Charge Method page (the charge method is valid and active) and there are no other options on this page. When I go to Account Info it lists all of the documents needed to reactivate my account. I click Reactivate and it takes me to the Charge Method page. When I go to Performance Notifications, it tells me my account is inactive (again) and when I click Continue (again) it takes me to the Charge Method page (again). I have all of the documents needed ready to upload, but there is nowhere in this account for me to upload them. I keep submitting cases with multiple screenshots explaining the issue and the only response I've received each time is "we cannot provide support on this matter".
I am completely out of ideas. My question is: How do I upload the documents needed if there is literally not a place in my account to do so? Is there anywhere else to upload the documents for verification that won't take me back through this loop again?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
