Amazon letter of authorisation is not accepted by Amazon
I haven't been able to get my account verified for a month now.
I have already sent an authorisation letter issued in my name 4 times and this letter is not accepted by Amazon. I have already attached documents from the tax office to the letter.
After the last submission, I see an error with the text: "The letter of authorization uploaded is not signed by a legal representative". But I am the only owner and representative.
Please could someone help? What could be the problem, I'm already despairing.

which letter are they requesting as if its a letter of authorisation it doesnt need tax documents attaching too
Have you also checked the account is in your name not your storename if you're a sole trader
