This post contains inappropriate language - Customer Support problem

Trying to post about Customer Support and keep getting above message - no idea why as there was no inappropriate language.

All I did was copy a confusing message received from Customer Support and asked forum users to comment.

Basically I had a 'Wheres my stuff' message that went onto say customer wanted to return item and could I send a prepaid returns label. Not sure why I had a 'Wheres my stuff' message about a return as that in itself is confusing.

Support should simply have told customer themselves to follow Amazon returns process where they would be given instructions how to return item and a prepaid returns label generated for them. Why Support are asking me to do this and not follow Amazon policy is beyond me,

Now if this message gets posted - it means something in the original message I got from Support was triggering the 'inappropriate language' error I was getting before - lets see lol [Moderator Edit: inappropriate content removed]
