I have submitted bank letter with all detail as per Amazon requirement but Amazon not accepting letter.

Documents fullfill belowr requirement of Amazon.
What are the document requirements?
-- The document must be dated within the last 180 days.
-- The document must show the bank name and the bank logo.
-- The document must be signed or stamped by the bank.

My account deactivate on 12th Jan and I am trying connect support team but no feedback. Even I have opened case 6th Jan Case ID: 10683083522 and case still in transfer status, Support team said internal team not communicate and don't are telling the reason of account deactivate. Now Amazon again asking documents bank certificate letter. I have visited 2 times bank they said we don't have such letter from bank side. If you need any letter we can download from digital documents. Which already submitted to Amazon and Amazon not accepting and now received notification seller performance team they said submitted new documents not previous one
In previous documents all requirement fill full by Amazon.

Yes, the partner team has confirmed that you need to upload this document to your Seller Central "Settings" page.
You will need to provide a scanned copy of a certified bank letter for the primary contact person (unfortunately, we are not allowed to share the name). The document must be a new one - please don't upload the same documents previously used for verification.
It is important that the documents are easy to read. The information on the documents should also match the information entered in Seller Central.
Once they have received the required document, they will continue with the verification of the account.

Please check with internal team, which information wrong so I can amend according. As provided documents all information is correct. It matching with bills and other information. I so worry about it because Amazon verification not verify the account.

The internal team have mentioned that you did not enter post code in seller central (or not entered in the correct field).
To update the business and contact information in Seller Central, complete the following steps:
- Go to the "Identity information" section of Seller Central
- Expand the applicable field, such as the Primary contact, Beneficial owner, or Business and contact information.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to amend the information.
- Click Save.
- Click Submit for verification.
