Sending instructions to remove Seller review?

Situation is there was a delivery problem, now resolved, and the customer wants to remove their seller feedback. However they can’t find the link to do it. Is sending the below against the rules for requesting feedback?

" We really appreciate your understanding. The instructions for removing the feedback are below.

Amazon Feedback – From a Browser

Step 1: Login to the Amazon account used to submit the order

Step 2: Follow link to “Leave Seller Feedback”: https://www.amazon.co.uk/hz/feedback/list

Step 3: Find the negative feedback for Tectake and click “Remove”

Step 4: Choose the reason for removal and again click “Remove”"

Yes, you can - please take a look at this Help Page:

“When a buyer posts negative seller feedback, we encourage you to contact the buyer individually to resolve the problem. After resolving their concerns, you can notify the buyer that it is possible to update, remove or provide additional feedback if they wish to do so. Remember that pressuring or offering incentives to a buyer to remove or modify negative feedback is a violation of our policies.”

If the buyer wants to remove the feedback, he should follow steps indicated here:

However, please be also aware that the process of removing feedback is known to work better while using the browser instead of an app, you can find more details in the following post: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/forums/t/customer-wants-to-remove-negative-feedback-but-cant/558378.

Thanks Maja. I did find that link - my question was regarding whether we’re allowed to send it via chat as I know we can’t request or discuss feedback with customers within Amazon’s policies.
