Need Help with Feedback Removal with Amazon Buy Shipping

Recently received negative feedback regarding shipping. Order utilized Buy Shipping from Amazon. Requested removal, denied. Escalated to a case, still denied.

I thought we received protection from feedback if we utilized Buy Shipping from Amazon? Please assist.

Hi @Danny_Amazonit looks like I have gotten a resolution for the original case, but I have 3 more that are just getting the canned response.

# 17487259091, 17487411101 and 17487351681. They are referencing shipping issue, or providing a review, not feedback.

Can you please assist?

As I review your new case IDs, I see those cases were created by contacting seller support directly, rather than from your requesting the removal through Feedback Manager. Can you help share the case IDs generated when you requested the removal through the designated pathway? That way I'd be able to review for any escalation opportunities.

For these specifically, I want to provide some context around our guidance on situations where Amazon may be able to remove seller feedback comments.

For the feedback comment associated with case ID 17329270391, Amazon may be able to strike through comments that are solely focused on the delivery experience, in cases where the order was fulfilled by Amazon, or using the Buy Shipping service. I do not see that either use case applies to this order, so the feedback comment would be a valid reflection on the services provided by the seller. You may consider using Buy Shipping services or Fulfillment by Amazon for future orders to help avoid such situations.

The other two comments I do see contain feedback on the product being unlike the listing photo and having condition issues. As our team reviews they will determine if these are solely product reviews, or if they do reflect on the services provided by the seller. As our help page states: "if the comment contains both a product review and feedback about your service, we will not remove the feedback."

I'll be sure to tag you here in the thread when I receive confirmation that our team has completed their review. Following that, you will be able to see any updates they determine are appropriate through your Feedback Manager.
