Hello everyone, Can someone explain to me how IPI is calculated? While my sales are good, my IPI score decreases when the inventory I ship runs out in 1 or 2 weeks. Even though I don't have much inventory and I don't have stranded inventory, it just doesn't go up. One time it got very high in a way, I didn't quite understand. Then it started to drop 1 to 2 points every week.
