Account Level Reserve- How do I the money back?
Has anyone had any joy in getting their money released? I have just noticed that Amazon are holding around £2,000 in reserve and I need this money to buy more stock now. My account is in good standing, no issues, only 1 chargeback this past year and refunds don't equate to anything near this amount. I've read the forums and can see many sellers have this issue. I have a case opened but have had no response so far. Only a small business so I really need this sorted asap. Thanks in advance
