Hope someone can help.
My account has been deactivated for over a year with back to forth with amazon support automated replies.
I have to produce rights owner letter for products I no longer sell that caused the deactivation due to intellectual property policy even though they came from an authorised distributor.
"You can find the contact information of the rights owner in the listing deactivation communication you have received."
However the deactivation communication is no longer on my dashboard and my perfomance is all green.
Any help? I cannot get anywhere with automated messages.
