Product Authenticity complaint
I received a product authenticity complaint on my generic product listing from a customer return, where the reason for the return was "Ordered in mistake" and a comment saying, "This is not original." I've shipped over 500 orders for the product and never received such a complaint. Obviously, they ordered it by mistake and then gave a fake reason. Now, Amazon has removed my listing and asked me to produce invoices for the purchase. I uploaded the invoice but Amazon is now asking information on supplier's supplier details, no who in their right mind will provide their supplier details, this will break the supply chain. The support team does not has any reason why are they not able to verify my supplier details, they ask for more information. Within 10-15 minutes of my submission, they rejected it and asked for more information. Which means they either do nothing and keep asking for more information. Or they do a random Google search, and if they can get the supplier name as the recognized name, they consider them good to go; they keep asking for more details. The seller support team takes more time to respond to my queries than the support team to reject the documents and ask for more information. I'll just ask the account health team to remove all my listings as this way, any buyer will say anything, and my listing/account will be removed just like that. I expect no support from Amazon here but just letting other seller's know that don't waste your time if you recieve such violation and also not to invest your hard-earned money on such listings that can be removed any time and no proof is enough to save them.
Now the support guy will paste the same template message again to respond to this thread. Can't expect anything more. Pathetic support.
