iPhone app user issues
I have some issues with the new phone app. Using the iPhone pro max 16, the camera for product scanning doesn’t focus well on the product barcode. It needs to be able to scan better. I was using the iPhone 11 previously, and the app worked great for me, but not the newer phone.
The older version of the app Home Screen was better than the newer. The sales for the day should have been left at the top of the screen as before. It was just better, if I wanted more analytics I could always go further and look for them. Too many boxes on the screen with rarely used data.
When a seller filled item is purchased, it is not indicated on the Home Screen. You have to go to the order tab on the top of the screen and check frequently for orders. It used to be on the Home Screen with a number indicating the amount of unshipped items. This was much better. Although I have the notification turned on, sometimes that can be lost in all the other iPhone notifications.
The camera issue is my main concern though, please look into this or if someone else is having the same issue, let me know if there’s a phone setting that might help? Seems like there’s no way to adjust the camera settings specifically for the app.
