Incorrect Account association

Hello Business partners,

I would like to talk to you about a problem I have and listen to your advice. I hope Amazon will realize their mistake soon.

I recently received a message from Amazon.co.uk. That you associate my store with another store. But the name of the other store is also the name of my store. How does Amazon associate me with my own store? So how do I suspend my account? I’ve never had any other accounts on Amazon.co.uk before. I sell on Amazon North America. And I haven’t had a problem so far. The computer I use, the credit cards are new, the addresses are all original. And my company’s information is registered on Amazon. My account health is green. How do I close my account when all of this is normal?

Did you ever try and open a store but fail verification or not continue and start another - even several years ago ?

Do you have a separate uk and global account ?

Yes, I only have one account. Same e-mail, same phone number, stubble address, same company information. And my account health is ok ( uk ) Green status

There have been at least 2 or 3 other sellers have received the same, and each of them the associated account is the same as their only one.
May be a glitch ??

I would like to point it out again. I have never opened an amazon account in the UK before. Or did not try to open it. All of the documents used in my Amazon accounts are specific to my accounts. The computer I am using is new, Credit cards were not used for another UK account. His number was not used for any other UK account. My company is registered in Turkey in my name and I use this information in my amazon account. My email addresses are not used in another amazon account. All new. If you check my account health everything is perfect. I think this was a mistake. I have all the information to prove that my account is mine. You can cross-examine them. Ask 2 times 3 times. There is no problem with my account

I would like to give a brief summary of my problem. And I would like to convey to you a problem that I noticed.

I have listings on Amazon North America and Amazon Europe. My account was closed on December 26 for an association reason. However, the associated account is still my account. All my European accounts are closed. My other accounts are open and I’m selling. Any document I use for my store in Europe is store-specific. And it is original. Also, I have not tried to open an account before. Or I didn’t sell my store to anyone. I am available for any kind of cross-examination.

However, I noticed something. An issue that I noticed 1 day before my account was suspended. I thought it was unimportant. But now I would like to show you this error that caused my store to associate with my own store.

Here I am logging out of my Amazon.co.uk account. And I go to Amazon.ca to login to my Canadian account. I am encountering this image. So the system somehow keeps me inside. Or it doesn’t close my account. I would also like to point out. My Amazon North America and Europe accounts are registered on a single e-mail. They have the same login information.

The reason I write here often is to help other people like me. I still think this is a mistake.
