Received fake invoice from Amazon.
My shop is inactive for almost two years. I received in November invoice marked as "packaging". I never been subscribed on "fullfill by Amazon" service. I was selling dry foods. Internal team don't know what is this invoice for and continue to ignoring my emails. It looks like a fraud scheme inside Amazon. Is anybody had similar situation? What was your legal actions?

There are lots of scam emails about, purported to be from Amazon, and some very convincing. If you can get into your seller central, see if there is anything there. If not it's likely phishing.
Don't click on links in emails, as this may take you to a very convincing Amazon clone site, steal your login and cause no end of problems.
