Problem with the classification of FBA vs FBM offers on used books.

Hi, there is a serious problem with the classification of FBA vs FBM offers on used books. This problem has been long debated on the American forum.(Problem with the classification of FBA vs FBM offers on used books).but in Canada we have the same problem. Is there any action taken on amazon.ca to resolve this problem? Thank you for your support.

I have a mega thread going here:

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/c0a1cb92-979c-4984-aacd-17d4f165c9be?

Forum community managers even acknowledge and point others with this issue to that thread if you look at other reported cases here.

It’s been going on for too long now in Canada. I guess the more pressure Canadians put on them, you figure it would help expedite things… no luck so far. USA was fixed much faster, probably due to more sellers reporting it.

Also, you need to create a case so it can be escalated. If you're just simply reporting on these forums, Facebook etc. it won't push the needle. Pressure them with another created case.

Hello @Seller_QAKacZvXPbpIg

Christine here from Amazon Forums.

We continuously iterate on the way we determine Featured Offers to make sure customers are seeing the best and most competitive offers.

Sellers with active offers in multiple countries may notice differences in Featured Offer behavior from time to time.

Although we cannot disclose the specifics of ongoing changes, please rest assured that we carefully consider each change to ensure that we do what's best for customers and treat sellers fairly and equally.

We take seller feedback seriously, and constantly monitor for unexpected outcomes.

Christine.
