You can close each regional account individually: North America, Europe, Japan, and Australia
You can close your North America account by following the steps mentioned here:Close your seller account.
However, you can't close other EU marketplaces when you want to use the UK store, as they are all together part of the Europe region.
I would recommend you follow these steps mentioned in this thread for the rest of the EU marketplaces that you don't want to use :
