URGENT: Hundreds of Retroactive "Carrier Delivery Label Adjustment" Charges Flooding In — Anyone Else?
Hi everyone,
This evening, we’ve been hit with hundreds of sudden charges on our account under the description:
"Carrier delivery label adjustment due to under-charged delivery label"
These adjustments are:
Hitting all at once with no prior notice
Going as far back as April 2025
All related to EVRi Seller Fulfilled Prime (SFP) shipments
Providing no clear breakdown or calculation of how the so-called "undercharge" was determined. All we can see is that its a duplicate charge to the original buy shipping charge.
This has caused massive billing disruptions and we're concerned it may be a system-wide issue or billing error. A few example order IDs show the same problem with duplicate or unexpected label charges retroactively applied.
We have raised this with both EVRi and Amazon support, but are still waiting for an explanation or fix.
Is anyone else seeing this?
Would appreciate hearing from other SFP sellers (especially those using EVRi) to understand if this is isolated or affecting others too.
Thanks in advance for any insight!

for what it's worth, the £300 odd of extra charges I incurred have been refunded today. I hope everyone else gets their money back ASAP as well. On my account this seems to happen every month around the 19th / 20th, but is usually extra charges of 6p to 20p per parcel and totals no more than a fiver a month. I haven't bothered to chase it up as no doubt the hoops I'd be made to jump through would cost more in my time than the refund I'd get back.

Hi,
How do you find and check the package dimensions in your shipping templates. I cannot find where you edit them. Tied Cog Wheel - Shipping Settings - Shipping Templates - Edit but there's nowhere visible to adjust parcel size.
The bellow image shows incorrect size and weight from those I entered when setting the templates up only Evri shipping effected.

Yes there was an issue with Amazon incorrectly charging numerous accounts, they have said "Amazon made us aware of yesterday morning with an experienced billing issue across this period where adjustment charges have been incorrect applied and / or duplicated. I can confirm this is being reconciled between both finance teams (Evri & Amazon) as we speak with credits to be applied accordingly against impacted transactions."
However, what many people have failed to realise is that prior to 18th March as long as your parcel didn't exceed Evri's maximum standard parcel size (245cm total) then the weight of the parcel is what determined the shipping cost but Evri have now included a 40L volume requirement meaning that in general people will be charged adjustments going forward if they send something larger than 40L.
I also believe that you have to submit the dimensions in the correct order as follows;
45cm x 35cm x 16cm not 35cm x 16cm x 45cm, for example
This is because their system doesn't seem to have the ability to reorder what is submitted into chronological largest to smallest and they may also charge you more because of this (dimension threshold dependent).
Please correct me if I am wrong!

I have had the same issue 2-3 days ago, around £70 of 11p charges for 'Adjustments' all my Parcels are exactly 0.15kg and size is 66cm by 6cm. I put this in and always got the £2.95 charge, yesterday, I had over £70 of 11p charges. No idea why, not paying this, my account is currently in -£70 and they are trying to charge me. Same issue here.

Hello everyone,
Thank you to all the sellers who raised concerns regarding the recent Evri “undercharged delivery label” adjustments.
The issue was caused by a technical error on Evri's side, which resulted in duplicate billing entries. We can confirm that this issue has now been resolved. As of 27 May 2025, all impacted seller accounts have been credited accordingly, and no further action is required from your side.
Evri has also implemented technical safeguards to prevent this from happening again in the future. If you believe your account is still impacted, we recommend opening a case with Seller Support for further investigation.
Appreciate everyone’s patience while this was being sorted, and thank you again for speaking up, it really helps us catch things early.
Regards, Ezra.

I have not yet received my refund. How do I flag this up?
Ezra_Amazon
Hello @Seller_SN5CDxzTtXvvZ,
Could you please share a few sample tracking IDs or order IDs where you're expecting credits?
This will help the partner team check things on their end and provide more accurate support.
Thanks, Ezra

But when you raise a case for this, seller support just replies that you need to contact Evri!

also, the safeguarding hasn't worked as I have had more today !!!!

Hello @Seller_iUcF35YSDwxDs,
To help escalate this to our partner team, I'll need the information mentioned in my message:
Could you please provide one of those details? Once you share those details, I'll make sure they investigate this thoroughly.
Thanks, Ezra
Ezra_Amazon
Hi @Seller_iUcF35YSDwxDs,
Our partner team has investigated your case by taking a sample order 205-0919039-1692356 from your list.
For the sample order reviewed:
- You were charged 6.77 at the time of label purchase (April 30, 2025)
- A debit of 8.09 was processed on May 20, 2025
- A credit of 7.43 was issued to you on May 26, 2025
The total amount charged (6.77 + 8.09 - 7.43 = 7.43) matches the carrier billing to Amazon.
Could you please clarify what specific issues you're experiencing in locating these credits in your account? This will help us better assist you with your concerns.
Best regards, Ezra

I have also had loads more of these 11p adjustments, surely the price quoted by Buy Shipping should be the price you pay.
I'm sorry to say that I have lost confidence with Amazon Buy Shipping and am now using a yodel direct account linked to my seller account so I have control over my shipping costs.

Hello @Seller_h3jruNI2M6r08,
The issue you're describing from June 18th appears to be a new and different situation from the April/May technical error that was previously resolved.
To ensure your current issue gets proper attention, please create a new thread. This will help both Moderators and other sellers who might be experiencing the same recent charges.
Best regards, Ezra
