I have no option to disburse Amazon help cannot explain why

I have no claims no a-az and nothing outstanding my delivery is 99.52% yet I disbursed on Thursday and had email to confirm the money was on the way Today I go to disburse and there is no option at all even though funds are there also it states my Thursday disburse was cancelled

Please can someone help
