Country Specific Upload - Images not reflecting on PDP

I've been trying to upload images via country specific upload for germany. I tried uploading single image then I read a post here someone mentioned to upload with main image then only it goes through. I tried that as well. There's no error coming up. It shows upload completed but images are not showing on detail Page.
