If not returned, the customer will be recharged after 45 days or thereabouts and you will be credited.
That’s the policy anyway.
Obviously a customer who knows how to play the system.
If FBM send an empty box,will cost you the fees & postage but I'm sure they will move on to another seller pretty quickly & cost you less than refunding.
