If not returned, the customer will be recharged after 45 days or thereabouts and you will be credited.
That’s the policy anyway.

Obviously a customer who knows how to play the system.

If FBM send an empty box, will cost you the fees & postage but I'm sure they will move on to another seller pretty quickly & cost you less than refunding.

Try filling this in but no guarantees it will work

End your listing so they go into stranded mode, at least they can't buy them until you sort the issue.

Maybe you have returnless refund enabled? If so just disable it. I feel your pain though.

They are probably calling Amazon Customer Support on the phone to get the refund; that's why you don't see a return request or A-to-z. PS If it's food or some other product with an expiry date (cosmetics etc), the customer does not need to return it because it cannot be resold

This has been happening for some time now, I've been reporting this to amazon for over a year yet the fraud still continues. I've had buyers doing this over 15 times, I've always informed amazon via the link but they are very slow to respond and the fraud often still continues. The buyer always uses an amazon locker address and only ever orders 1-2 items at a time. Yes you do get a refund after 45 days but what you get back is often not what you paid for the item due to amazon's reimbursement policy.
Be wary of any orders going to an amazon locker address.
This fraud could easily be stopped by amazon.
