Brand approval declined

hello I am contacting regarding un-gating for a brand. I have invoices for 3000 units of a product from an approved distributor for this brand. The invoice contains all of mine and the suppliers information and is all up to amazons standards however I have been asked to provide the suppliers supplier for obvious reasons this is not possible please can someone advise what to do or who to contact

Please see this I have the invoice from the online branch of the business and on the brands official website the physical side of the business is listed as a distributor. There are over 10 units purchased all my details are included as well as company reg and vat number for both me and the supplier

Sorry but may I ask have you figured out the solution as I myself is going through a similar solution.

Had no success, even the amazon seller support team cannot help for some team as the brand gate team is an "back office team" with no communication.
