Your post doesn’t really make sense. Are you saying that you bought the product from a seller on Amazon, and then want to use that invoice to be registered to sell on Amazon? If so then that is not allowed. You need an invoice from the manufacturer/ authorised distributor directly

Seeing all of the information which you provided so far, I'm a bit confused because from my end it looks like you violated our policy, but you claim that you haven't. So, can you answer to three of my questions below so that I can make sure that I am understanding your situation properly...?
1. Did you re-sell the product without any agreement with the manufacturer?
2. Have you submitted a document provided from the manufacturer which shows that you had permission to re-sell in the first place?
3. Has the brand owner added you on the Brand Registry system as an official distributor or agent?

It is not a link that will give a general answer.
for example.
If you are a reseller, this is the policy you must follow:
1) Products should only be purchased from the manufacturer.
2) All products must have serial number.
3) The invoice for the products must be more than 365 days old.

Here is the link to the policy regarding Amazon product authenticity and quality.
It states, "As a seller, you are responsible for ensuring that the products you sell on Amazon comply with all applicable laws and regulations, are authorised for sale or re-sale and that they do not violate intellectual property rights such as copyrights, patents, trademarks, and rights of publicity."
Here is also a video you can find in Seller University which shows the basic expectations as a seller.

So far, you haven't shared any information showing that you were authorized to re-sell the brand, and that is why I've been asking whether you have submitted any sort of document which can prove this when requested. Again, I have no authority to make a decision on any enforcement applied to you, but at least from my end, I still feel that there isn't enough information to believe that you had the authority to sell the product of this brand.

My products are original, I prove it. But you may not authorize me to sell it. These are two separate issues.

No, my product is original, but you can get my product sales authorization, which is a separate issue.

As I already mentioned, we do not divide the issues when considering the authenticity of a product. It has to be materially original and has gone through the proper route. This is our policy.
Please also let me repeat that I do not have the authority to make any decisions upon the enforcements applied to you. If you want to appeal, please go through the correct channel. I am providing you general information.
