Small & Light Programme for small parcel up to 400 g or less

Hi,

I checked from programme page and I see the max dimensions are as below for small & light programme:

Small parcel 400 g or less
35 x 25 x 12 cm or less

However I can not enrol any ASINs to Small and Light if the weight is larger than 225gr. All dimensions are under the dimensions above but it says the package weight does not meet the criteria for Small and Light.

Thank you in advice for your help.

What weight is on the asin ?

Seller_e7ifEoPLc0MZt

I give you 2 examples.

16 x 11 x 5cm 232gr £8.99

18.5 x 18.5 x 3.6cm 270gr £7.99

Both not eligible for Small & Light.

By the way I asked once to the customer service they confirmed the bottom one is eligible for dimensions and weight but they give no solution.

That’s odd as I have one that’s

‎33.4 x 23.8 x 2.21 cm; 332.05 Grams and its enrolled

Silly question but where are you trying to enrol it ?
Can you screenshot where it says its not eligible
And what’s the asin ?

I see the marked note under the table explain it. May I know where did you find this information ? Would you able to share the link ? Thank you

I’m probably missing something, but why does ops dimensions and weight not then fall into the small parcel bracket ?

Would it have to be bigger than envelope size but smaller than parcel ie 34cm x 24 x 7 ?

Probably because this is Amazon, and common sense does not come into it :joy:

Can I ask, has the ‘quick enrol’ page in the UK for Small and Light vanished? I am baffled if I can find it.

It looks to me that Amazon now provides an ‘fba opportunities’ page, so they tell you if it could be S&L rather than the other way around.

Any thoughts welcome.

That 5cm measurement knocks it into the 6cm tier, note the exception and ineligibilty due to the weight marked below.

I type the words ‘enrol small’ in the help page and bookmarked it

Apparently it’s also under the growth tab on dashboard
