Ongoing Shipment Discrepancies Impacting Metrics
Hello,
I'm facing ongoing shipment discrepancies that are increasingly affecting my account metrics.
Previously, I could address these discrepancies, but now investigations are closing without my input, and my appeals are unsuccessful. A recent example involves one shipment with six discrepancies across different SKUs. Despite submitting detailed evidence—photos, weight breakdown, and receipts—my case was not resolved.
As a result, my coaching level has increased. My priority is maintaining my account's health as I continue to grow my business on Amazon.
This situation is becoming more challenging, and I would greatly appreciate any help or advice to resolve these discrepancies and keep my account in good standing.
