Need feedback removal
This is my second attempt to get feedback removed.
A customer had stated I had misrepresented a book and put up a fraudulent advert saying a book was signed by the author and a specially number copy. I most certainly did NOT do that and have sent him a message stating this and showing him the description which was put in with the book. No response.
I have tried again to contact seller support but the message is booted back by the AI robots within seconds saying it's answered and case closed which it hasn't been.
I can't see how to get a moderator to help here - how is it done? I know you have to out a @ but then what? Please help.

To tag a mod you need to type @ then start typing their name and select from dropdown, only ones that have the Amazon logo next to it.
