ASIN Brand hijacked- URGENT!

Hi Jim,
I found through other seller posts, wanted to reach out as my ASIN is hijacked since March 6, reported abuse, case is filed but the hijacker sits on my listing starting 8AM every morning up until 9PM EST. Steals buy box, sales. They have already got counterfeit in their seller feedback, not sure why they are not trashed yet.

CaseID: 17398292161, required screenshots, case history is presented already to internal team & is being reviewed, I just wanted to know the timeline for the same & what is exactly happening since its a week, I lost rank/sales and completely anxious.
I have also reported violation on Brand Registry, Case ID: 17403172411
Please help me!! I am the only brand registered owner of OHaai, need protection.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I happy to assist wherever I am able. The case ID and complaint ID you mentioned which are both still in review so I cannot comment on how that will turn out.
I always advise reviewing the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page. I suggest paying specific attention to the "Types of notices not accepted on Amazon," section. Specifically the Exclusive Distribution bullet point. Report a violation submissions should include Specific identification of the IP you believe is infringed.

I wanted to know the previous Complaint ID: 17571714831 which I submitted can I know what is the content I wrote and also was this through Report Abuse from Seller Central? can you pls help as I will have to repeat the process I believe. TIA.

I would like to do it the right way first itself unlike last time, since I did multiple times the previous time I like to understand what version of the content did I on the complaint ID through which action was taken to remove chuwudianzi. Complaint ID: 17571714831 (the one which enabled amazon to take action)

My recommendation is to complete a test buy first to best understand what the issue is (incorrect product, TM violation etc.) Then depending on what you find on the product or its packaging you will proceed accordingly:
For any suspected Intellectual Property (IP) infringements, follow the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page for what constitutes an enforceable IP infringement and then proceed to using the report a violation tool on the Brand Registry site as needed.
If the product does not specifically violation your IP, but is clearly not the same product report abuse via your Account Health Dashboard in Seller Central and select "The product received is different than the product on the detail page (different version, model or product)." Include the most relevant info as well. For example, in your last submission, the FNSKU on the label was viewable which was used in the investigation.

Perfect thank you @Dougal_Amazon for your support. I will do the test buy, for now the hijacker is not on the buy box since they occupied but I will follow the process and report as we have no authorized resellers allowed on our brand.

Definitely let me know how it goes and since you mentioned :
I do want to point out that Exclusive Distribution is not a type of notice that is accepted. Please reference the "Types of notices not accepted on Amazon," section of the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page. For ease, this is 1 of those notices:
- Exclusive Distribution (except in China, France, and the United Arab Emirates) – Amazon does not enforce exclusive distribution rights except within the countries that have laws specifically referring to selective or exclusive distribution.
I do understand what you mean here, but know that not authorizing a reseller is not a sufficient enough reason by itself to request the offer be removed. Since you don't ship to anyone else, they most likely do not have your actual product so you will be able to describe what IP is being violated OR what abuse of Amazon policy is being committed.

Hi @Dougal_Amazon received the product, its just a sheet of patch, no box package with barcode, should I report through seller central report abuse( product not as described) same process? Also, just left seller feedback on their profile.

Just reported them the same format as last time @Dougal_Amazon under product received is different than what was described section through report abuse. I would appreciate it if you can help expedite it as last time it took > 30 days, lost sales, again losing.
