Hi Jim,
I found through other seller posts, wanted to reach out as my ASIN is hijacked since March 6, reported abuse, case is filed but the hijacker sits on my listing starting 8AM every morning up until 9PM EST. Steals buy box, sales. They have already got counterfeit in their seller feedback, not sure why they are not trashed yet.

CaseID: 17398292161, required screenshots, case history is presented already to internal team & is being reviewed, I just wanted to know the timeline for the same & what is exactly happening since its a week, I lost rank/sales and completely anxious.
I have also reported violation on Brand Registry, Case ID: 17403172411
Please help me!! I am the only brand registered owner of OHaai, need protection.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I happy to assist wherever I am able. The case ID and complaint ID you mentioned which are both still in review so I cannot comment on how that will turn out.
I always advise reviewing the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page. I suggest paying specific attention to the "Types of notices not accepted on Amazon," section. Specifically the Exclusive Distribution bullet point. Report a violation submissions should include Specific identification of the IP you believe is infringed.

I have logged 2 complaints through report abuse-
1. Product not as described- Complaint ID: 17680374181 ( for which I received an automatic response which I sent you, no violation has been identified, tried sending an email to appeal notice-dispute@amazon.com with images, not sure what they will do) but why is it not considered in first place?
2. Another seller attempting to harm my business- Complaint ID: 17679420171.
I hope this can be escalated to the concerned team quickly. Please help me. Thanks.

I am thinking to halt my business here! my other ASIN B0DJLN6NDK is also trying to get hijacked, helium 10 shared me hijacker alert,

I find 0 protection for sellers, its such a pain we keep doing test buy, report and Amazon simply replies no action can be taken. I know trademark is critical but that does not mean we are not getting protection, this is disappointing, all these chinese knockoffs taking over the listing.

The Seller from Order ID: 112-2157973-6717856 is not currently on the listing and if that is what the investigation team came across, that would explain the response you received. They cannot remove a Seller's offer from a listing if their isn't one.
As for 17679420171, since that is different in nature it is still being reviewed/investigated so I cannot comment on this one.
As of today, there are no other sellers with offers on the ASIN in your complaint ID's or the ASIN you listed here.

Yes, they are not on the listing as I gave them a seller feedback on their profile post which from Sunday the seller did not come to my listing. I wanted to still share the details with the team to ensure hijackers are kept at bay as genuine sellers who try building their sales/rank are deeply affected in this process.

The browse node is not correct for our product that Amazon has changed our product to and it has affected our sales greatly and also rankin
It is a “ eyelash growth serum” , and it must be under the following browse node:
Beauty & Personal Care›Makeup›Eyes›Eyelash Primers
It was originally in this category since the start, now on May 5, 2025 it moved to Beauty & Personal Care›Skin Care›Eyes›Serums, hence I requested them to change to my original category however today it has moved to a very broad category of Beauty & Personal Care›Skin Care›Eyes> Eye treatment products and these changes which has tanked our sales.
Currently it is under : Beauty & Personal Care›Skin Care›Eyes> Eye treatment products , which does not describe our product accurately. My product is basically an eyelash growth serum which is primarily for lash growth and not related to eye/ eye treatment like gels or under eye pads etc. It is only used on the upper lash line for promoting lashes growth hence the right category the most appropriate one will be:
Beauty & Personal Care›Makeup›Eyes›Eyelash Primers which is option A; if not the next best will be Beauty & Personal Care›Skin Care›Eyes›Serums which is Option B
I prefer option A.
I’ve been trying to revert them to the correct category, but without success. Here's what I've tried so far:
Manual Category Update: Attempted to change the category directly through the listing tool, but it didn’t work.
Contacting Support Daily: I’ve been calling Amazon Seller Support almost every day. They say they have assessed it but it is wrong and this affects my product ranking & sales badly, assures me they’ll fix it, but I always receive an email denying the category change request.
I feel like I’m stuck in a loop, and no one at support seems to escalate the issue properly or provide a meaningful resolution.
How can I get Amazon to change the category back to: Beauty & Personal Care›Makeup›Eyes›Eyelash Primers
Is there a way to escalate this to a team that can genuinely address the problem and resolve it.
