Valid tracking ID DHL

Does anyone use DHL to send their MFN shipments? Amazon list DHL as one of their approved couriers but Amazon does not recognise any DHL tracking ID 'sand now our Valid Tracking Rate % is 0 when it should be 95%. We enter a tracking ID on every order and these work. Our premium delivery one day service has been suspended because of our low Valid Tracking Rate. We have opened a case with Amazon over two weeks ago with no response… Anyone experiencing the same issues??? Thanks Kate

I’m having the same issue with my account with the tracking with UK Mail Parcels(DHL), has anyone got a solution to this as of yet?

Amazon still will only recognise DHL Express as a valid trackable DHL carrier link.

I’m in the same boat. It’s frustrating!

Hi this is an update I received from my DHL UK Manager last week:

“I am being advised by our I.T Manager that we are waiting on Amazon to finalise as the API’s are available for them in Feb… I will contact you with an update shortly.”

Basically DHL have a new API for Amazon so the tracking will work and compatible with Amazon’s systems, but Amazon are dragging their feet!

(Can’t find my answer in any thread but it may be there, they’re just hard to search).

It seems that from May 3rd ’ Amazon will be requiring valid tracking numbers for all orders’.

Would anyone has a list of all couriers that qualify?

In particular, does HERMES tracking qualify, and updates delivery on Amazon?

DPD works.

Still can’t guarantee you’ll win an A-Z, but you won’t get spurious emails sent to customers saying their parcel is ‘late’

Strange how eBay now track under DHL, rather than UK Mail & Amazon still haven’t figured it out

We are finding this. We send parcels via ‘DHL Parcel’ however if you enter the tracking number under courier DHL it doesn’t recognise it. Therefore we have to enter ‘Other’ ‘DHL Parcel’ and as such means it doesn’t get recognised as valid tracking and impacts our VTR metric. I have tried raising this via case and go no where after 6 months of trying. Surely this needs to be addressed ASAP, if account action is going to be enforced from next month.
