After the brand is filed, UPC exemption cannot be applied for. The specific situation is shown in the picture

Products not showing on searches

Hi, we are attempting to sell 3D printed items, this is a trial shop, we have put for sale around 10 simple basic products like home decor using FBA to test the market. The items are for sale for more than a month, we can't find any using the amazon search tools, not even when you nearly replicate the whole title. During a basic search, the Amazon algorithm shows items that have much less relation to the search request than with our item title and purpose, basically the search is suppressing our products for some reason.

Key points:

• During basic searches, the items can’t be found on the search results pages.

• Very likely the products are never seen by any possible buyer.

• 1 whole month has passed with zero income, and the way things are set it is likely that we will never sell anything, however we will have to pay FBA storage.

• The titles and descriptions were made professionally and there is not much different from other similar items that show well in searches, except pictures.

Any idea about what is going on?

Has anybody else experienced a huge drop in sales as of recent? Last month or so?

Down 70% and have not had a sale for 6 days. Fear this is going to send us out of business if this continues.

Account health is perfect. No account issues.

Hello,

My UK seller account was de-activated due to a backdated VAT liability which I paid according to the instructions Amazon provided, and sent proof of payment to mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk

Almost a week has passed since I made the payment but I have yet to receive any acknowledgement from Amazon. My UK seller account remains deactivated and disbursements remain restricted across all my seller accounts.

This is a worrying situation and I would appreciate it if someone from Amazon would look into the matter as soon as possible.

Anyone else experiencing a noticeable increase in the number of customers who suddenly 'message' after precisely 1 month, to say they didn't receive their order and want to be reimbursed or receive a replacement? I don't send anything out in packaging smaller than '2nd class large envelope', which they obvs don't realise is tracked at point of delivery... mostly. When I point this out with the RM screenshot, I never hear from them again.

I have listed this product in my UK store and I have made my sales in my UK store and I have not received any violations or warnings.

It was listed in my Germany store without my knowledge.I never made any sales in Germany.I received a Product Originality Issue Doubt warning even though I did not have this product in stock.

Can you help me with this issue? I want to remove the violation.

DHL tracking (express)

I use DHL / DHL EXPRESS

100% VTR all year until the other day.

Now all are late (unconfirmed) only on certain days? Strange as its not every day.

All verified to have scans and delivered on time when i track.

Amazon support replied:

Because I use DHL, and I am sending DHL express this is the issue.

They claim there is no DHL EXPRESS SERVICE

However its right there in plain view as a drop down selection?

They recommend using Other, and putting DHL express and tell may "that may work"

Can we not just have a clear answer on this?

Printing Royal Mail Labels

Hope someone can help.

In the past, when we purchase Royal Mail postage labels in bulk through Amazon, we are able to print them as a PDF is opened in another tab. Also, a zip file is downloaded. In the last week, the PDF does not appear and we have to use the ZIP file, which means printing each label individually which is incredibly time consuming. Has anyone else had this issue and if so, did you find a way to rectify it?

Does anyone have any luck getting through to this email? managingdirector@amazon.co.uk

I've sent them multiple emails in regards to a suppressed ASIN/escalation of a case and just receive a template response: 'This email is not the correct channel to submit an appeal to reactivate your account. Account reactivation requests sent to this address will not be reviewed.'

I am not asking for an account reactivation!

Is this just another way of them ignoring our issues?
