The Brand Registry partner team has been listening to feedback from our sellers and understand that the image guidelines for Brand Registry applications can be challenging to navigate. Because of this, they will update the Brand Registry Application Guide, a step-by-step guideline that details the enrollment process through self-service registration, to include a new section on product image guidelines.

Hi all,

I’ve been selling on Amazon for nearly 4 years, and I’ve never seen anything like this before.

About two weeks ago, I had two high-impact IP complaints successfully removed from my account. Normally, when that happens, your Account Health Rating (AHR) increases accordingly — and that’s exactly how it’s always worked in the past.

But not this time.

Since those two removals, my AHR has been dropping every single day — from 588 down to 444, with absolutely no new violations or changes on my account. Today alone, it dropped by 16 points. And it keeps going down.

Now, I know that if your sales volume drops, your AHR might dip slightly — maybe 8 points in a month. That’s normal and acceptable.

But I’ve lost over 140 points in two weeks. That’s the equivalent of having two new high-impact violations added, not removed. It’s as if Amazon’s system is treating the removal of those IP complaints as if I’ve received two additional ones.

I’ve created numerous cases with Seller Support. Unfortunately, their responses are copy-paste, policy-based non-answers that don’t address the issue at all. I’ve been told to read documentation I already know by heart. There’s no investigation, no escalation, no explanation — just empty responses.

I even contacted Executive Seller Relations via email, and I received a completely off-topic response about how to appeal a deactivated account… even though my account isn’t deactivated and that wasn’t what I asked. It’s like nobody is actually reading the messages.

To try and put it in simple terms (for Amazon staff who might be skimming this):

Johnny has 588 apples (AHR points). He throws out 2 rotten apples (IP violations removed).

Logically, Johnny should now have more apples, or at the very least, not fewer.

But instead, Johnny wakes up each day to even fewer apples — now at 444, and dropping by 16 more today.

Johnny asks why. Amazon gives Johnny a fruit policy handbook and walks off.

It’s starting to feel like there’s no end to this, and I’m seriously concerned that the system will just keep draining points until my account is deactivated — for doing absolutely nothing wrong.

This is not just a technical glitch anymore — it’s affecting my business, my mental health, and my trust in this platform. I’ve been on Amazon long enough to know when something is broken, and this is absolutely not right.

If anyone at Amazon is reading this, please — help.

And if any other sellers have experienced something similar, I’d love to hear your stories, because right now I’m just left watching my AHR evaporate without cause.

Valid Tracking Rate technical issue?

Hopefully just a technical issue but just logged in to see my VTR is 96%. All my items are sent using Buy Shipping > Royal Mail Tracked so should be 100%. It appears the items with a promised delivery date of 4th and 5th of April are showing as 'no scan' whereas looking up the items individually in 'manage orders' they have all been scanned and delivered. Looks like the info isn't being sent to VTR. Anyone else seeing this issue?

I was shocked to see this morning the price of sending out a book listed on Amazon.co.uk has gone up substantially. The £2.80 putatively 'credited' by Amazon was always too little, but now it is substantially so. Will Amazon recognise this in its listings?

I changed my listing title and triggered an automated listing closure. Amazon made my listing inactive as they thought I had a healthcare product (it is actually a probiotic floor cleaner). Thanks to the help of people on this forum, I am now active again.

For some reason, since the re-activation I have had only 1 sale. I usually have between 5-9 sales consistently per day.

I also usually see around 3000 impressions per day, but only seeing less than 500 impressions a day now.

I have raised a case and they say I am searchable.

Account health absolutely fine.

Running the same campaigns as always.

I just shipped 500 more pieces to Amazon so have a ridiculous amount of money tied up with now sales.

Can anyone suggest anything?

My account is still deactivated

At this point, Amazon’s actions are not just frustrating — they’re actively damaging my business.

I’ve been temporarily deactivated without any valid reason. My account is in perfect health, with zero policy violations, no customer complaints, and no red flags. Yet Amazon has:

Withheld thousands of pounds of my money

Blocked me from communicating with my customers, leaving me unable to complete sales that were made before the deactivation

Ignored clear, verifiable documentation that proves my legitimacy as a seller

I have supplied the following.

Supplier and buyer information — Fully provided and accurate

Item descriptions — The ASIN isn’t listed on the invoice (because suppliers don’t use Amazon’s internal system), but the EANs match the products exactly

Sales volume and invoice date — Clearly shown and within the 365-day window

Authorization — I have a signed letter from the brand’s legal team confirming that I’m an official reseller with full permission to sell their products

Despite meeting all requirements, Amazon refuses to accept the documentation — either because they don’t understand it or they simply don’t bother to review it properly. It’s clear that the system is automated, flawed, and completely out of touch with how legitimate wholesale operations work.

In the meantime, I’m left unable to run my business, fulfill obligations, or access my own funds — all while being in full compliance.

This is unacceptable, the replied are automated.

Payment download statement not showing VAT

I have been downloading statements from the Reports section and the last two reports, when I download the Flat File V2 are different in that they do not show VAT. They only show Principle, Commission & Digital Service Fee. The previous downloaded files show the Principle, Tax, Commission and Digital Service Fee.

Why would this suddenly change. I have tried calling Seller support but so far haven't had any response from the Disbursement Team.
