A to Z claim because customer cannot print out the QR Code

Why me?

The customer was given a postage return label with a QR code. She can't print it out and has been "harassing me" about how to print it out. I don't know. And I told her she has to contact AMZ go print out the code. I didn't send her the postage it was generated by AMZ. Is this a wacko?

I sold her a "scientific" calculator Sharp EL-531TGBBW 12-Digit and she wanted a return because it was not a calculator she can use. Too sophistocated for her. "I'm not an engineer". So I authorized the return and clicked the "generate postage" button. Now she's writing me how to print out the QR code.

I told her I didn't know because I didn't generate the postage, AMZ did and I gave her the 1-800# to call Amz. What in the hel is wrong with AMZ?

The customer can open a return request for a refund. I don't see where she asked for a return or refund. I will refund once the item is returned.

Hi. So, is a QR code available to return 113-6254551-5364252?

I cannot print.

Can you contact Amazon to find out WHY the return did NOT print a QR code. I don't have control over what Amazon sends you.

Another suggestion -- If you live near a UPS store, or you live near a public library you can use public computers to print your postage. Sometimes UPS store will print out the label for you.

Reason for contact:

The issue is that cx does not have a printer, cx is asking for a QR code to show on to the carrier and have them print the label. Is there any option to get a labeless return instead of the actual label for cx to print, cx cannot print it.

Please respond to this request within 48 hours.

I don't issue postage. That postage comes from AMZ. I know when I ask for a return, there's a QR CODE that I download, print out and take to the Amazon return center. You can also take a picture of the QR code on our phone and take it to UPS or the Post office.

Madam, I don't know anything about postage or QR codes, those are generated by Amazon. Can you please call AMZ and ask them how you can print, download, or capture the QR code on your phone.

If you return the calculator at YOUR cost, I would just refund you the cost of the calculator and the postage you paid to send it. If that postage was $4.99 that's what I would refund.
