What's going with FWA4?
We have seven shipments shipped to FWA4 since beginning of July but all the shipping status on UPS website shows "a carrier delay has occurred". We called UPS and their representative said UPS is still waiting for Amazon to schedule the delivery. Our products are still in their trailers. All other DCs, such as MDW2, IND9, and MQJ1, do not have any delay. The worst thing is when we create a new shipment, Amazon still assigns us to ship the products to FWA4. Does anyone know what happens in FWA4?

I have 2 shipments that were picked up by carrier AZNG on 9/12 from our Michigan warehouse going to FWA4. This usually only takes a couple of days but they have still not checked in almost a month later. Can you please help:

Hello @Seller_ZZ0GMlDCeuxsM, I see that shipment FBA17BF9SQ5N is now receiving.
FBA17BF31K36 is marked as "In Transit." Sometimes a shipment that has been delivered to fulfillment center will not display as Delivered if information is not syncing between the carrier and the fulfillment center. It looks like this is what happened with FBA17BF9SQ5N as it went directly to "Checked In." This may be the case with FBA17BF31K36 as well. I suggest to wait a few more days. If it does not change statuses, let me know.

If you navigate to your Shipment summary and select "Track shipment," you will see the scheduled delivery date of August 28th for shipment FBA179YYVMPB.
Shipment FBA17BF31K36 was scheduled for September 15th. If information is not syncing between the carrier and the fulfillment center, sometimes shipments that have been delivered will not display that and remain "in transit." If this is the case, the status will go straight from in transit to checked in.
It looks like Seller Support offered an investigation date of December 4th for FBA17BF31K36.
On October 3rd, shipment FBA17CXZ4XQN was marked as in transit. The scheduled delivery date is October 20th.

I still have 3 missing shipments from August that never checked into FWA4. This was all Halloween product, so we missed our selling season (this is 38 pallets of product). One of them, FBA179YYVMPB, was eligible for investigation "after November 6th" but today the eligibility changed to "after 01/07/2024".
The following are all still missing at FWA4 and the investigation dates keep getting pushed out:

FBA179YYVMPB will be eligible for investigation November 18th per case 14048506841. According to case 13998588051, FBA17BF31K36 will be eligible December 4th.
Have you been able to track these shipments?

FBA179YYVMPB was picked up August 24th by Amazon Partenered Carrier and is *STILL* showing "in transit" more than 3 months later.
Amazon keeps pushing back the eligible investigation date. It was November 18 and today it is saying January 6th. I don't see how Amazon finds this appropriate.

FWA4 is horrible
Instead of sending to FWA4 and waiting for a week or more to for our shipments get checked in and processed we prefer waiting before sending. Once we see that the shipments directed to other FCs that's the time to send for us. It takes 2-3 days to catch another FC but definitely better than waiting for FWA4

FWA4 is the worst warehouse for receiving I've seen in my 8 years doing FBA, but they keep directing my shipments there. It seems like I'm being punished for something.

DO NOT ship your item to FWA4.
This fulfilment center is too slow to process goods.
The goods have arrived for more than 2 weeks and have just started transshipment to other warehouses. During this period, the goods are not available for sale.
