What's going with FWA4?
We have seven shipments shipped to FWA4 since beginning of July but all the shipping status on UPS website shows "a carrier delay has occurred". We called UPS and their representative said UPS is still waiting for Amazon to schedule the delivery. Our products are still in their trailers. All other DCs, such as MDW2, IND9, and MQJ1, do not have any delay. The worst thing is when we create a new shipment, Amazon still assigns us to ship the products to FWA4. Does anyone know what happens in FWA4?

Same thing happening to us for the past 2 months. Makes me hesitant with the possible upcoming UPS strike that our boxes will still be sitting at UPS when that happens, when they should have been received by Amazon much earlier.

This is affecting my shipments as well. Unfortunately I cannot have these sent to a different warehouse which looks like it would mitigate whatever problems are going on in FWA and IND.

I've had 4 successive small parcel shipments hitting the same delay. The first one went from Plainfield to Fort Wayne, then was sent back to Plainfield for 3 WEEKS before it was finally delivered on July 26th. I sent 3 more shipments on the 25th and they have all hit the same delay after just 3 days.
There's obviously a systemic issue with FWA4 right now.

I shipped 16 cartons to FWA4 on July 24. Some are showing "delivered" on 7/31 and the others are showing "left carrier facility" on 7/31. The delivered cartons haven't been received yet. Another weird thing is these show up as "inbound" on SellerCentral but not in the seller app on my phone. FWA4 is clearly a mess.

FWA4 is horrible
Instead of sending to FWA4 and waiting for a week or more to for our shipments get checked in and processed we prefer waiting before sending. Once we see that the shipments directed to other FCs that's the time to send for us. It takes 2-3 days to catch another FC but definitely better than waiting for FWA4

FWA4 is the worst warehouse for receiving I've seen in my 8 years doing FBA, but they keep directing my shipments there. It seems like I'm being punished for something.

This fulfilment center is too slow to process goods.
The goods have arrived for more than 2 weeks and have just started transshipment to other warehouses. During this period, the goods are not available for sale.
