Every statement shows my balance is reserve
Hello there,
Since August I have not received any payment, every time statement shows balance reserved. Amazon support is not responding correctly. Not sure why I am not getting paid despite having positive feedback from the customers.
Any suggestion or information will be most welcome.

I’d start with making sure that your bank details are correct. Also go through each marketplace and make sure there are no account messages - it is possible to get suspended despite positive feedback.

I had the same issue. I found I needed to send them a copy of a bank statement showing my name and account number so amazon could verify my bank account. Once Id done that I was able to request a payment. There is usually a balance left in Amazon though which they keep in case of a return request or a chargeback. Hope that helps. Good luck.

And when you look at your founds available does it show anything there? Is your reserves constantly growing?
