Listing removed because of Novelty Lighter issue

Hello Glenn,
Thank you for reading this first. One of our listing was sold on Amazon for more than 5 years today it was suddenly removed by system and said it was a novelty lighter which is not allowed to sell on Amazon. This decision was made by system.
For a lighter seller, recently the listing is under a risk to be removed because of this kind of Amazon policy violation.
But honestly when we look at the policy and we don't understand what is novelty lighter?
The product we sold is simple and not in a weired or special shape to attract children to play.
But a simple lighter to start fire.
Any amazon staff to help us explain this? This may ruin the whole our business.

I believe you created a duplicate discussion after you posted the first thread HERE regarding the same topic.
