Open cases for the lost inventory
I’m currently facing a recurring issue with multiple shipments. There is a consistent discrepancy between the number of units shipped from AWD to various fulfillment centers and the quantities received by Amazon.
I have submitted several cases for lost inventory and reimbursement, along with all necessary documentation, including detailed shipment and case IDs. However, I have yet to receive any updates or responses from Amazon’s support team.
