units lost at amazon and no resolution on cases

Hi,

I have been chasing Amazon to investigate 25 units in Amazon FR and 24 units at Amazon UK that have been misplaced at amazon warehouses and after multiple cases and submitted all the related documents, the case just keeps getting closed without reimbursement of my money.

Can someone please direct me how to escalate this missing units case for UK and FR marketplaces? I have just been creating cases and providing proofs and multiple associates respond on the case eventually closing it without response.
