Listing Supressed Due to Organic Claim
Hi All,
My PL ASIN supressed due to Organic Claim, i have shared the Organic Certificate but its not a USDA organic neither i mentioned in my packaging that its a USDA organic because am a overseas seller and having this brand based Overseas even after sharing the Organic certificate i have been asked to share the same documents again and again, Please help me hot to resolve this. @Glenn_Amazon I have shared the packaging label as well who has a certifier name and Certificate number as well But still i have been asked to share the same information again and again.

I understand your frustration with the organic certification issue. Let me clarify the requirements for selling organic products on Amazon US:
According to Amazon's policy (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GWK5PALSS4EM4MCT), to use the term "organic" in the US market, products must be either:
- Certified to USDA organic regulations, OR
- Certified to an international standard that the USDA has recognized as equivalent
Additionally, your products must:
- Be produced according to USDA organic requirements
- Comply with organic labeling requirements
- Identify the name of the certifier
Since you're an overseas seller, you'll need to ensure your organic certification is from a USDA-accredited certifying agent or from a certification body that has equivalency with USDA standards. You can check:
- The Organic INTEGRITY Database for certified operations
- The USDA-accredited certifying agents list
If your current certification isn't from a USDA-recognized body, that might explain why your documentation isn't being accepted. I'd recommend:
- Verifying if your certifier is USDA-accredited
- If not, either obtaining USDA certification or removing organic claims from your listing

If ONLY your supplier is member of a certifying organization it is not enough. YOURSELF too need to be affiliated to such organization.
If your product is NOT USDA organic of course you can NOT claim on your packaging that it is!

And this certificate is in YOUR name, exactly matching your "Legal Entity" in your seller account?
