No link to reupload documents - No Identity Verification Link
After completed virtual identity verification with Amazon, we received an email stated that we need to reupload the identity documents. They suggested us to go to Seller Account Information page in Seller Central, and we will see the banner about the re-verification requirements with “Start re-verification” link. But, we can't find that link. We contact Amazon Support asked them to send the link to start reupload, no link was sent until now.
Is there any way to start the identity re-verification? Where to find that link?
Also, the warning banner "Your account is at risk of deactivation. A critical event has occurred with your account that has caused it to be at risk of deactivation." still appears in our Seller Central page. And almost 100 of our listings fell into "Stranded Inventory". How to fix this issue?
