Delays at Doncaster lba4 ?
Hi, is there currently a delay at Doncaster ( LBA4) ?
My last FBA shipments were marked as delivered by UPS over14 days ago and has still not been checked in.
Have 3 shipments waiting for over 2 weeks. Can’t sell items until it’s unpacked. Really frustrating.
BHX4 unpacks in under 24 hours normally.

just been looking through settings on Amazon and it looks as if my business address is different from the invoice address.
Business showing as my partners address and invoice is showing as my address. Would this be the reason ? I can either update the system to show everything as my address (which is what I thought it was showing) or could get new invoices from my supplier to show my partners address.
What would you recommend ?

Just to let you know - case 9582169442 has also been rejected for same reason.
I have sent over 300 deliveries to Amazon fba and 200.000 products without any problems. Changed my business model and now only sell via fba this last year. There were only 3 products in this delivery and all were my top selling lines, and these products made up part of most of the deliveries in last few years. Have sent so many invoices to show proof of purchase.
I have never had any problems before. Both of my missing boxes delivered same day and gone missing.
What is the problem with these invoices I sent to Amazon. How can I escalate this issue ? What do I need to do to resolve this problem. Who can help me ? Which is the best way to escalate this ?

Case has again been given rejected without any reason. You said in your message that they would give me details of what is missing. They didn’t and just sent exactly the same message as before. I can provide any information or supply anything that is needed. I just need to know what the problem is at amazons end.
How can I escalate this ? Who can I call / message, to sort this out. Please advise.

Got a message this morning to say that they have found the stock and it’s now in FC Transfer status.
Will hold my breath until the stock is actually showing as being in stock. Will let you know in a couple of days on the status of this stock.

Stock has now all been located and 90 % has been transferred through FC transfer, so after much stress this has now been resolved.. (The rest should be finished soon hopefully).

WOW!! reading your posts has exhausted me!! i to have just started send my products to amazon FBA first lot ok but now things have been going wrong the other 5 shipments are now after 10 days still in delivered mode and one still in transit reading your posts has got me feeling rather scared that this FBA thing isn't a workable all viable option if you start losing valuable products inside one of Amazon's warehouses

have sent a lot of things to fba without problem over last few years. Increased massively last year via fba, and I only sell via fba now as it works for me (usually).
This was my first major issue, but eventually it did get sorted.
I think my frustration is that sometimes parcels are unpacked within 24 hours and other times it’s 10-14 days. (This problem took 7 weeks to resolve). Would be great to get some sort of continuity.
I do tend to split up products, so everything isn’t in one box in case a problem happened. When it did, sales weren’t too affected, and it’s a lesson learnt.
Will continue to expand product range on Amazon (always via fba).
