Delays at Doncaster lba4 ?

Hi, is there currently a delay at Doncaster ( LBA4) ?

My last FBA shipments were marked as delivered by UPS over14 days ago and has still not been checked in.

Have 3 shipments waiting for over 2 weeks. Can’t sell items until it’s unpacked. Really frustrating.

BHX4 unpacks in under 24 hours normally.

Sadly no, could be the first lost shipment. I've sent 3 more to Doncaster this week. Does not fill me with much confidence right now. Good luck, keep me informed

sent one to lba4 on Thursday and it’s been unpacked today. 👍

There is another ‘discussion’ active at moment with somebody else who has a delivery gone missing (to lba4) this month. Will be interesting to see what sort of investigation takes place to find my missing boxes.

The team is requesting for you to use the tools within the "Contents" tab to request an investigation.

Was contacted this morning for extra invoice information and have replied.

Will let you know what happens next.
