VTR report showing RM48 and RM 2nd class tracking numbers
Hello, we have recently moved from franking to RM 48 and 2nd class purchased through the RM API.
We upload the tracking numbers when we mark as dispatched.
Our VTR rate is at 61%, and the report shows orders with the 2d tracking number included.
It does seem that the orders in there are ones where RM haven’t scanned on delivery. I have heard this has been a problem for a long time.
I spoke to seller support and they tell me if this continues I am at risk of suspension.
We are receiving warning emails and performance notifications every day.
I am very worried about this.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Amazon automatically verify RM48, we have loads showing on our report where RM haven’t scanned them.
Your offers will not be suspended if you have provided valid IDs , including for all parcels that have not been scanned by the carrier. This includes delivery confirmation only delivery methods (for example, RM 24 / 48 or 1st Class 2nd Class).
