Featured Offer Issue
we are doing FBA from past 2 years and we have only 2 products, the problem is that day before yesterday an error from amazon algorithm has removed feature offer from all our listings upon investigating it is established that its not the mistake from our end but its amazon glitch and amazon needs tot resolve it with feature offer team
i have opened cases with amazon and it is strange that they only rely on automated messages i open a case on sunday and i was shocked to see getting reply on sunday and at 2AM night which clearly shows that they just want to close the case
i get typical reply from amazon that we cannot disclosed how to win buy box and this is the problem we dont want you know how to win buy box and that is not what we are asking to tel the secret of how to win buy box
the thing we want to highlight and resolve is why a 100% healthy account with
- zero defect racter
- zero charge back claim
- no negative reviews
- using FBA we have never used FBM
- never had pricing issues
- professional seller plan
- stock is 100+ units
with all of that suddenly we lost feature offer, all i want its forwards my ticket to "feature offer team" and accept that its a amazon algorithm issue and need to resolve it, it is not about 2 listing or 1 listing it is effecting whole account all of my account products on a same day got featured offered removed
i have checked USA and Uk forum and it is with consistency that its a amazon side error from algorithm and only possible way is to reach technical team to solve the issue that is the only way
would like to tag amazon employees to take this case to technical team of feature offer

I am facing same issue, New account , new listing , its a fresh stock reached at FBA and received all inventory , listing showing active , but I did not get Featured Offer , tried to contact Amazon support team and they are sending me auto replies , talk on phone call and there reply was just follow these criteria , even I am following all criteria still did not get solution .
