Brand size chart

I am unable to upload brand size chart on CA marketplace. While I have successfully uploaded my brand size chart on US marketplace.

My all listings on CA marketplace are created from source marketplace (US) by BIL tools. So Amazon has assigned hidden parent ASIN to my listings on CA marketplace. Which ASIN is not exist in my inventory.

When I contacted seller support, they provided me parent ASIN and said to use parent ASIN to upload size chart. Then I used parent ASIN to upload size chart, I am getting the same error. And again I contacted seller support but they have not provide more explanation for the issue and closed the case.

I've reviewed your case and it looks like Seller Support has indicated that the issue is resolved so you should be able to update via an Inventory File Upload. Let me know if you are still having issues. Thank you for your understanding.
